IM体育官方普拉司网盛禧奥于10月7日宣布，当前正在新竹建设热塑性弹性体（TPE）试验设施，作为公司全球TPE增长战略的一部分。该新设施是为服务于汽车，消费电子，鞋类和医疗市场的客户。
该试验装置计划于2020年开始运营。作为公司“ TPE增长路线图”的一部分，对最早试点部门的投资建立于2017年7月收购意大利API的基础上。
盛禧奥表示，新工厂将使公司能够在当地生产其定制工程TPE和热塑性聚氨酯（TPU），包括其生物塑料产品组合。该装置的生产能力尚未披露。
盛禧奥战略与企业发展高级副总裁Tim Stedman表示：“该试点工厂彰显了我们向汽车，消费电子，鞋类和医疗市场的客户提供差异化的全球TPE产品的承诺。”
随着2017年API的接管，盛禧奥收购了柔软触感聚合物的技术，包括TPE，热塑性聚氨酯，基于EVA的化合物和两组分PU。API的主要市场是汽车IM体育官方，鞋类，电器，家具，体育用品，消费品，包装，建筑和医疗。
API位于威尼斯附近的Bassano del Grappa，向各个行业的客户提供“全系列的TPU，TPEIM体育官方，PU和最新的可生物降解的弹性体”。
